Shipping Policy

At Re-New Copenhagen, we strive to deliver your order quickly and securely. Below, you can find more details about our shipping and delivery terms.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Netherlands 2-3 days – FREE 2-3 days – 29 DKK
Denmark 1-2 days – FREE 1-2 days – 29 DKK
Sweden 2-3 days – FREE 2-3 days – 29 DKK
Finland 2-3 days – FREE 2-3 days – 29 DKK
Belgium 2-3 days – FREE 2-3 days – 29 DKK
Switzerland 2-3 days – FREE 2-3 days – 29 DKK

1. Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped with GLS.
  • Delivery time within Denmark is typically 1-2 business days from the shipping date.
  • We also deliver to European countries, where shipping time may vary depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping within Denmark on orders over 350 DKK.
  • For orders under 350 DKK, standard shipping fees apply and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping rates to other European countries depend on the destination and will also be displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Order processing takes place the next business day at 08:00 AM.
  • Orders are shipped the following business day after processing.
  • We ship orders Monday to Friday (no shipping on weekends or public holidays).
  • Orders are not processed after 16:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package via GLS’ website.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@renewcopenhagen.com.
  • We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a solution.

6. Damaged Items Upon Delivery

  • If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@renewcopenhagen.com.
  • For quick processing, please attach photos of both the item and the packaging.
  • We will replace the damaged item by sending a new package at no additional cost.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations

  • If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day the order was placed.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel the order, but we will do our best.
  • After 16:00 PM on the same day, changes cannot be made as the order will already be in processing.

This Shipping Policy is valid from 2025 and has been prepared in accordance with Danish consumer law.
